Job summary

Pan-Oston is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our weekend manufacturing team on a Friday-Sunday shift. You will supervise 10+ employees, drive safety, quality, and on-time production, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer demand.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, prior leadership, excellent communication, and experience with ERP and MS Office. An Associate's Degree in Manufacturing or related field is preferred.
