Lennox International in Orangeburg, SC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 10PM–7AM shift. This salaried exempt role is onsite, reporting to the Assembly Manager to maximize productivity while controlling costs and ensuring quality.

Shift: 10PM - 7AM
Reporting to the Assembly Manager for the Production facility, the Production Supervisor is responsible for assigning and coordinating the work in a manufacturing department in order to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $68,000 - $89,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
