SUMMARY

The Supervisor Production is responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible. This position requires an understanding and control of the production process, accurate record keeping, and general line maintenance and staffing. Responsibilities include checking daily production orders, ensuring all positions are filled before start-up, overseeing team exercises and job rotation, ensuring machinery performance, passing USDA inspections, promoting safety, managing shipments and inventory, and communicating company policies. The role also involves team encouragement, training, retention, and problem-solving with other supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High school diploma; further education preferred.
• Computer Skills: Basic helpful.
• Communication Skills: Strong.
• Supervisory Experience: Responsible for supervising personnel performing related tasks.
• Travel: 1-5 trips/year.
• Shift: 2nd shift.
• Location: Onsite at Obion County, TN.
• Relocation Assistance: Yes.
• Work Shift: 2nd shift (USA).
