Job summary

UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital in New York’s Southern Tier is seeking a Pharmacist to implement, coordinate and supervise services in the Department of Pharmacy. This role supports Pharmacy Services and integrates with clinical teams to ensure safe medication use and optimal patient care.

Minimum requirements include a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD and at least three years of pharmacy experience; NYS licensure is required, with advanced degree or residency preferred.
