Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) Chenango Memorial Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist to implement, coordinate and supervise operations in the Pharmacy Services department. The role is day shift, 32 hours per week, with a compensation range of $57.98–$86.97 per hour depending on experience.

Required: Doctor of Pharmacy or B.S. in Pharmacy, NYS Pharmacist license and at least three years of pharmacy experience; advanced degree or residency is preferred.

• Three years pharmacy experience.
• Advanced Pharmacy Degree or completion of a pharmacy residency is preferred.
