Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Pharmacist to join the UHS Medical Oncology team in New York’s Southern Tier. The role ensures correct medication administration and clinical appropriateness, with a day shift and a 40-hour workweek.

Minimum qualifications include a BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and New York State pharmacist licensure; one year of pharmacy experience is preferred. Competitive compensation is provided.

Ensures the correct medication is administered to all patients. This includes clinical appropriateness of the medication as well as the product delivery in an appropriate manner.

• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
• Compensation Range: $54.17 - $81.25 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

• Minimum Required: A Bachelor’s of Science Degree (B.S.) or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
• Preferred: One year experience as a pharmacist

License/Certification

• Minimum Required: Licensed as a Pharmacist in New York State or NYS internship permit.
