Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team in a high-volume warehouse. You will plan and supervise maintenance of conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime, safety and productivity.

You’ll schedule preventive and corrective work, guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls, and ensure accurate CMMS documentation. You will drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement and safety initiatives while coaching technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills for preventive and corrective work.
• Proficient troubleshooting of PLCs and controls and documenting work in CMMS.

You’ll schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective work, guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls, and ensure accurate documentation in the CMMS. Partnering with operations, you’ll drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement and safety initiatives while coaching technicians, tracking KPIs and supporting new automation projects.
