Job summary

GXO Logistics in Martinsville, IN seeks a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team responsible for maintaining automated systems in a high‑volume warehouse.

You will plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment, schedule preventive and corrective work, troubleshoot PLCs, and ensure accurate CMMS documentation while driving safety and continuous improvement with operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in automated high-volume warehouses.
• Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs and controls.
• Familiar with CMMS documentation and KPI tracking.

You’ll schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective work, guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls, and ensure accurate documentation in the CMMS. Partnering with operations, you’ll drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement and safety initiatives while coaching technicians, tracking KPIs and supporting new automation projects.
