Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team responsible for maintaining automated systems in a high-volume warehouse in Indiana. You will plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment to maximise uptime, safety and productivity, while coordinating preventive and corrective work with operations.

This role requires guiding troubleshooting of PLCs and controls, ensuring accurate CMMS documentation, driving root cause

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance of automated warehouse systems.
• Strong knowledge of conveyors, robotics and sortation equipment.
• Proficiency with PLC troubleshooting and CMMS documentation.
