Job summary

GXO Logistics seeks a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team supporting automated systems in a high-volume warehouse. You will plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime, safety and productivity.

You’ll schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective work, guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls, and ensure accurate documentation in the CMMS.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a high-volume warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of mechatronics in material handling systems.
• Experience with conveyors, robotics, and sortation equipment.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and controls diagnostics.

Partnering with operations, you’ll drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement and safety initiatives while coaching technicians, tracking KPIs and supporting new automation projects.
