Job summary

GXO Logistics in Avon, IN, is seeking a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team responsible for maintaining automated systems in a high-volume warehouse. You will plan, schedule and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation, and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime, safety and productivity.

The role requires guiding troubleshooting of PLCs and controls, ensuring CMMS documentation, and partnering with operations to drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining automated warehouse systems and equipment.
• Strong PLC/controls knowledge and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a maintenance team and coordinate with operations.

Responsibilities
