Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team responsible for maintaining automated systems in a high-volume warehouse. You will plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime, safety and productivity.

You’ll schedule preventive and corrective work, guide PLC and controls troubleshooting, and ensure accurate CMMS documentation while partnering with operations to drive continuous improvement and safety

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on maintenance of conveyors, robotics and sortation systems.
• Strong PLC and controls troubleshooting capability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Schedule work and prioritize tasks to maximize uptime and safety.
• Guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls and document in CMMS.
