Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team responsible for maintaining automated systems in a high-volume warehouse. You will plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime and safety.

You will schedule preventive and corrective work, guide PLC and controls troubleshooting, and ensure CMMS documentation. Driving root cause analysis, continuous improvement and safety initiatives while coaching

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in high-volume warehouses.
• Hands-on maintenance of conveyors, robotics and mechatronic equipment.
• Proficient in diagnosing PLCs and control systems.
• Experience documenting work in a CMMS.
• Strong problem-solving and safety focus.
