Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team responsible for maintaining conveyors, robotics, and sortation systems in a high-volume warehouse.

You will plan preventive and corrective work, troubleshoot PLCs and controls, document activity in the CMMS, and partner with operations to drive safety, KPI performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, prioritize work.
• Guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls.
• Ensure documentation in the CMMS.

You’ll schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective work, guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls, and ensure accurate documentation in the CMMS. Partnering with operations, you’ll drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement and safety initiatives while coaching technicians, tracking KPIs and supporting new automation projects.
