Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team in a high-volume warehouse environment. You will plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime, safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment.
• Strong planning and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLCs and controls troubleshooting.
• Documentation in CMMS.
• Drive safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime, safety and productivity. You’ll schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective work, guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls, and ensure accurate documentation in the CMMS. Partnering with operations, you’ll drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement and safety initiatives while coaching technicians, tracking KPIs and supporting new automation projects.
