MaineHealth Corporate is seeking a Supervisor Materials Management within Supply Chain to oversee location activities, including personnel and controlled inventory locations, and to ensure compliance with internal controls.

The Supervisor Materials Management under Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing the assigned location activity, including personnel, controlled inventory locations and some record keeping/administrative functions in the ERP system. This position will ensure compliance with established internal control procedures. Responsible for overseeing warehousing, shipping, receiving, and handling of materials. Supervises transport of materials to and from departments and ensures material needs are met throughout the organization. Has authority for personnel actions and oversees most day-to-day operations of group.. Supervises a group of staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.
