## Description**Job Summary:**As a Supervisor, Maintenance, you will manage factory, building and office maintenance in a manner that maximizes productivity, meets scheduling requirements, minimizes costs and promotes a safe work environment, in accordance with company policies and procedures.**Essential Functions:*** Prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments and directly supervise the department functions to ensure maximum productivity and scheduling requirements are met at the minimum cost.* Study, document, control and improve all maintenance processes and procedures to achieve maximum productivity, minimum cost while meeting scheduling requirements. Ensure documentation is easily understood.* Maintain budgetary goals.* Manage the maintenance of existing equipment, establish new equipment requirements for improving reliability, installation of new equipment, building construction, etc.* Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance system.* Determine performance standards. Ensure employees understanding and compliance with performance standards through establishment of accountability for work. Complete performance appraisals and conduct coaching and counseling sessions.* Ensure all safety and work rules and regulations are followed.
