Job summary

Scripps Health, at La Jolla Memorial Hospital, is seeking a Supervisor for Interventional Radiology. This full-time, benefited salaried role oversees IR Tech and IR RN operations, ensures staffing, schedules, timecards, and adherence to policies across neuro-vascular and body service lines.

The successful candidate will provide functional leadership, drive standard of practice, and participate in hiring and process improvements to support high-quality patient care.

• Oversee daily operations of the IR department (Interventional Radiology).
• Create staffing schedules and timecards; manage productivity.

• Collaborate with leadership on recruitment and onboarding.

Job description

This is a full time, benefited, salary position as a Supervisor, Interventional Radiology at La Jolla Memorial Hospital. The shift is Monday- Friday 7am-4pm.

Responsible for the oversight of the activities and functions of the department for IR Tech and IR RN. All 3 service lines are performed including Neuro-vascular and body. Provides functional expertise to staff and leadership. Ensures effective use of system resources. Participates in standards of practice and process improvement activities. Participates in hiring, oversees daily productivity, and creates staffing schedule and timecards. Ensures policy and procedures are followed by staff.
