Job description

Incentive of $15,000 and a Relocation Incentive of $3,000 to eligible new hires.

This is a full-time, benefited Interventional Radiology Tech position (80 hours per pay period). The shift is a 10-hour varied day shift, Monday - Friday with evening and weekend on‑call rotation. The location is at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Ineligible candidates for hiring incentives include:

• Internal candidates
• Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
• New graduates (must have at least 1 year experience)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• CRT
• Fluoro
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology
• Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• ARRT(VI) Vascular Interventional Radiography
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of patient focused care delivery

Compensation

Minimum rate: $59.81 per hour. Maximum rate: $86.71 per hour. Pay range is based on experience and internal equity.
