Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring that housekeeping staff are trained to all standards established to maintain and service the club's operational property as directed. They are also responsible for maintaining the highest level of facility maintenance and cleanliness of the club and resort hotel rooms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hiring, training, reviewing, supervising, and performance managing Housekeeping staff as needed.
• Maintain a clean, aesthetically pleasing, and safe environment in the club and hotel rooms, meeting the expectations of the General Manager, Department Managers, and Members/Guests.
• Ensure all indoor and outdoor areas of the club are clean and well-maintained. Remove trash from all areas, rooms, and offices.
• In hotel rooms, ensure rooms are guest-ready by checking clocks, ensuring alarms are off, amenities are clean and replenished, bathrooms are spotless, beds are perfectly made, and under-bed areas are inspected.
• Assist in locker room and administrative office tasks, as well as laundry duties, if applicable.
• Responsible for plant maintenance, ensuring plants and planters are free of debris and dead leaves, and that water in floral arrangements is fresh.
• Re-stock supplies in areas such as Member and Employee restrooms, notifying supervisors when supplies are low or depleted.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coordinate with Department Heads and Members/Guests regarding work requests, safety issues, and other concerns.

About You:

• At least 2 years of experience in general housekeeping preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
