A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading, training, and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

• Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on a designated floor or area to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assess inventory, assign rooms for cleaning, and inspect them.
• Verify and report room status and discrepancies.
• Monitor payroll, work schedules, lost and found, stock rooms, and inventories.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance and repairs.
• Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson duties as needed.
• Assist in performance evaluations of team members.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
