The Role:

Assists in and is fully responsible for Housekeeping Shift Manager duties in their absence, emphasizing good communication to foster teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in training and supervising housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness; report issues; oversee maid carts and linen closets.
• Ensure lost and found items are promptly handed to Security.
• Report cleaning needs and maintenance issues.
• Assign rooms and keys to Guest Room Attendants.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Handle projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Adhere to Local 54 contract rules for disciplinary matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
