Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms, public areas, back of house, and landings meet Omni four star/four diamond standards.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms and public areas.
  • Assign special projects as directed by the Director of Housekeeping.
  • Report any repairs or discrepancies in guest rooms.
  • Ensure all Guest Room Attendants have appropriate supplies and linens.
  • Assist in cleaning guest rooms when necessary.
  • Process AM and PM room status reports.
  • Maintain the linen cart and linen closets on guest room floors.
  • Keep supply cage stock neat and clean.
  • Ensure all guest rooms are punched in via phone after completion.
  • Inspect VIP rooms promptly.
  • Prioritize check-out/vacated rooms.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for hotel, guests, and staff.
Qualifications
  • Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work on special projects with management.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to push or pull a minimum of 75 lbs.
  • Effective communication via radio and phone.
