Why Bally's?

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, expands its international footprint and enhances its entertainment offerings. Following the merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. ("Queen"), Bally's portfolio will expand to include four additional casinos across three states, including Iowa. Queen's operations add over 900 employees, 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms. Bally's will also gain a significant stake in a global lottery management and services business via its investment in Intralot S.A.

The Role:

Supports Housekeeping Shift Manager duties in their absence, emphasizing good communication to foster teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in training and supervising housekeeping staff.
  2. Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness; report concerns; oversee maid carts and linen closets.
  3. Ensure lost and found items are promptly handed to Security.
  4. Report cleaning and maintenance issues.
  5. Assign rooms and keys to Guest Room Attendants.
  6. Maintain accurate records.
  7. Handle projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
  8. Comply with Local 54 contract rules for disciplinary matters.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
