Holland America Princess in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee all guest service tour-desk operations while providing excellent service to our guests and employees. You will apply knowledge of company products, optional tours, services, local information, policies, and procedures to support the overall goals of the company.

This leadership role requires strong problem solving and teamwork to ensure memorable experiences for guests aboard our vessels and onshore
