Job summary

Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, CA is seeking a Lift Operator to oversee gondola operations, daily checks, and safety procedures. You will lead, train, and support lift operators while maintaining exceptional guest service and reporting maintenance needs.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities are required, along with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. This seasonal/full-time role offers skiing benefits and a dynamic mountain-work lifestyle.
