Job summary

Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, California, is seeking a Seasonal Lift Operator to oversee gondola operations, perform daily checks, and ensure safety procedures while delivering outstanding guest service.

You will lead, train, and support Lift Operators, communicate updates to management, document incidents, and respond quickly to maintenance needs in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lift or Gondola Operations preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather.
