Job summary

Mammoth Mountain in California is seeking a Laundry Supervisor to oversee and train staff, ensuring safe and efficient laundry operations and handling minor maintenance on machines and boilers.

You will assist the Laundry Manager in implementing programs to improve efficiency and service quality. Requirements include a high school diploma, 1–2 years in commercial laundry, and supervisory experience, plus a California driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in all phases of commercial laundry operation.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be able to maintain production schedules.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• English reading/writing skills required.
• Spanish language knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train employees to ensure safety and efficiency of the laundry operation.
• Assist with minor maintenance and testing as well as preventative maintenance on all machines and boilers.
• Help Manager implement programs to improve efficiency and service quality.

A little about this position:

Responsible for the supervision and training of employees to ensure safety and efficiency of the laundry operation. Responsible for minor maintenance and testing as well as preventative maintenance on all machines and boilers. Assists Manager in implementing programs/procedures designed to improve the efficiency and quality of service.

Requirements:

• High school gradute or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 years experience in all phases of commerical laundry operation.
• 1 to 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proven track record for maintaining production schedules.
• Valid State of California Driver's License.
• Ability to read and write in the English Lauguage.
• Knowledge of Spanish preferred.
• Hourly pay rate: $23.00 to $24.58
