This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a USA Outbound Group Sales Manager - WALDORF ASTORIA RIVIERA MAYA, you will support areas that are core to Hilton's "commercial engine" and are vital for Hilton's profitable growth. Reporting to the Director of Group Sales on property, you will work on projects to retain existing clients and secure new Group Sales business for the hotel.

Your role is vital, and here are some of the fundamental duties that make your work unique:
You will work with in-house hotel-based sales teams, including Group Sales Executives, ADOS, Catering Directors, and others, as well as regional teams like Directors of Sales and Area VPs.

Our comprehensive benefits include health coverage, stock purchase plans, paid time off, parental leave, holidays, and more. The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000, based on experience and location. Eligible for participation in our incentive plan.
