To join our team as an Operations Supervisor! You will lead a team and ensure smooth operations of program and business processes to deliver projects and programs to clients.Operations roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although operations staff will often have direct client contact.

• Partner with the team to complete data entry, forecasting and program requirements.

• Delivery and quality assurance: with adherence to program guidelines.

• Project and/or process management.

• Data Management for Program Support, Field Support, & Business - Development Support.

• Managing a team of 3-4 individuals.

$56,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
