FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY seeks a Splicer Supervisor in Nashville, TN to oversee fiber optic and coaxial telecommunications work. You will supervise teams, ensure task accuracy, and maintain processes to support project delivery.The role requires an associate degree or 3 years of related experience, prior supervisory experience, and project management skills.

U.S. work authorization and pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

A successful Splicer Supervisor shall supervise employees in the preparation, splicing, and enclosing of fiber optic and coaxial telecommunications plant. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications network structure; familiarity with fiber optic.
