Ervin Cable Construction LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Splicing Manager to supervise teams responsible for the preparation, splicing, and enclosing of fiber optic and coaxial telecommunications plant.

The role requires knowledge of telecom networks, fiber and splice enclosures, TDR/OTDR, fusion splicing, data interpretation, and strong leadership. A related degree or equivalent experience is required; pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record checks completed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees and supervisors.
• Review tasks and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Develop processes to ensure completion of tasks in assigned areas or projects.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to assist projects.
• Potential to work 3rd shift as needed.
