Job summary

Ervin Cable Construction LLC in Georgia is seeking a Splicer Supervisor to oversee the preparation, splicing, and enclosing of fiber optic and coaxial telecom plant. You will lead a team, review tasks for accuracy, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced field environment.

You will implement processes, coordinate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support project outcomes and safety. This role requires proven supervision, project management, and reliable communication on-site.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

A successful Splicer Supervisor shall supervise employees in the preparation, splicing, and enclosing of fiber optic and coaxial telecommunications plant. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications network structure; familiarity with fiber optic.
