Job summary

Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, WI seeks an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead a team of staff and specialists. You will oversee daily cleaning, projects, scheduling, and HR oversight, ensuring service and quality goals are met.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with days from 6:00am to 2:30pm and rotating weekends/holidays. Starting salary is $47,500 and up, based on experience. This is a mission-driven organization with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to work days with flexibility for rotating weekends and holidays.
