Job summary

Gundersen Health System, Emplify Health in La Crosse, WI, seeks an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead a team, ensure service and quality goals, and oversee HR for the department. You will coordinate daily cleaning, projects, carpet and floor care, waste disposal, and moving services in a healthcare setting.

This full-time, 40-hour role typically runs 6:00am–2:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Starting salary is $47,500 plus experience-based increases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2 years experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field.
• Valid Driver's License, Required

What's Available

• Full time, 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/ week
• Schedule: Days- typically 6:00am-2:30pm with flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays.
• Location: Onsite in La Crosse, WI
• Starting salary $47,500 and up, based on your years of experience.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field
