Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledge expert for global HIS staff and partners.
• Lead training initiatives for global associates.
• Generate reports for global partners, management, and clients.
• Oversee Quality Assurance processes for global partners.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development of staff.
• Develop and manage workflows for multiple clients.
• Update SOPs with global partners as needed.
• Inform leadership of issues, opportunities, or challenges.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Handle escalations and ensure workflow productivity.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain knowledge of company and facility software.
• Adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safeguard patient records.
• Support tasks assigned by the Health Information Operations Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., to India quarterly).
• At least 2 years of experience in health information or related fields; 3+ preferred.
• Proven ability to lead projects and processes.
• Comfort with office equipment and communication tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate medical recordkeeping.
• Experience with metrics-based work preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective presentation skills and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to contribute ideas and process improvements.
