The Global Operations Supervisor is responsible for client/customer service and serves as a knowledge expert for the global HIS staff. The role focuses on global operations management, training, and ensuring processes are completed in compliance with established guidelines. This role may also assist leadership with planning, developing, and implementing departmental projects. The role provides support to the Global Health Information Operations Manager. The Global Operations Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining workflow and productivity of the global HIS team as well as handling escalations.
This position requires travel to India for two weeks at least once per quarter.
