Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team and facilitate the distribution process to ensure quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives are met.
• Develop a high-performance work team through ongoing coaching and guidance, both formal and informal.
• Lead team members in distribution processes, ensuring compliance with instructions, ISO standards, and safety requirements.
• Assign tasks to optimize productivity and ensure tools and materials are available.
• Train, guide, and provide feedback to team members, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects and maintain performance records.
• Evaluate processes, standards, and equipment to optimize distribution efficiency.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and implement improvements.
• Assist in strategic planning for distribution initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a distribution or warehouse setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience in distribution.
