Job Description:

• Provide leadership to the distribution team to achieve quality, safety, and housekeeping objectives.
• Develop a high-performance work team through coaching and guidance, both formal and informal.

Top 3 qualifications:

1. Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, empathy, problem-solving skills, adaptability, coaching skills, and experience in succession planning.
2. Preference for a college degree, but not mandatory.
3. Facilitate distribution processes, ensuring compliance with ISO Standards, JLG Quality System Procedures, and EHS Requirements.

Your Impact:

• Lead distribution team members and ensure adherence to process instructions and safety standards.
• Assign tasks effectively to optimize productivity and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure availability of tools and materials necessary for work.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Promote continuous improvement through small group initiatives.
• Maintain records of performance and process evaluations.
• Analyze and optimize distribution processes, standards, and equipment.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to resolve distribution issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
