SERVPRO of Sugar Land-8761 is seeking a lead mitigation technician to manage water, fire, and mold losses. You will run jobs from arrival to final walkthrough, supervise 1–3 technicians, and document moisture readings, photos, and drying logs.

You will be the primary face for customers, explaining steps and timelines while maintaining safe, organized work sites. The role requires on-site presence, strong communication, and physical readiness.

• Restoration experience or transferable trades will help.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a mitigation crew on water, fire, and mold losses.
• Run jobs from first arrival to final walkthrough: extraction, demo, drying setup, monitoring, and equipment pickup.
• Coach one to three technicians on site and set pace and standards.
• Document moisture readings, photos, drying logs, and notes the same day.
• Be the face of the job for the customer and explain what happens next.
• Keep truck, equipment, and job sites clean, stocked, and safe.
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours losses.

Lead a mitigation crew on water, fire, and mold losses for SERVPRO of Sugar Land.

Pay: $20 to $25 an hour plus profit sharing.

What you own in your first 90 days

• Run your jobs from first arrival to final walkthrough: extraction, demo, drying setup, monitoring, and equipment pickup.
• Lead and coach one to three technicians on site, and set the pace and the standard.
• Document every job the same day: moisture readings, photos, drying logs, and notes.
• Be the face of the job for the customer. Explain what is happening and what comes next, and keep your word.
• Keep your truck, equipment, and job sites clean, stocked, and safe.
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours losses.

What we require

• Steady work history.
• Restoration experience, hands-on trade experience that transfers (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, carpentry, or field service), or parallel relevant job experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work on-call and irregular hours.
• Drug-free.
• Physically able to do field work.
• Clear, professional communication with customers.

Nice to have, not required. We train and certify.

• IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT
• Experience leading a crew
• Moisture meters, drying equipment, and job documentation software
