Job summary

Team Hart is seeking a Restoration Technician to join the SERVPRO of Sugar Land crew. You will extract water, tear out damaged materials, set drying equipment, and monitor progress on site under a Restoration Supervisor.

Must have hands-on restoration or related field experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work on-call and in variable hours. Training and certification support are provided.

Qualifications

• Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last three years.
• Hands-on work experience that transfers — restoration, construction, demolition, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, warehouse, or field service.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work on-call and irregular hours.
• Drug-free.
• Physically able to do field work (lift, climb, work in heat and wet conditions).
• Clear, professional communication with customers and your crew.

Responsibilities

• Extract water, tear out damaged materials, set drying equipment, and monitor jobs until they are dry.
• Work under your Restoration Supervisor on site and match the pace and the standard.
• Take clear photos and moisture readings the same day, and leave the job documented.
• Treat every customer home like it is yours. Be professional, clean, and on time.
• Keep your truck, tools, and job sites clean, stocked, and safe.
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours losses.
