Job summary

SERVPRO of Sugar Land is seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our mitigation crew. You will work on water, fire, and mold losses on-site in Sugar Land, TX, assisting with extraction, removal, and equipment setup.

You will document conditions with photos and moisture readings, maintain a clean workspace, and rotate on-call duties for after-hours losses. Training and certification opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last three years.
• Hands-on work experience that transfers — restoration, construction, demolition, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, warehouse, or field service.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work on-call and irregular hours.
• Drug-free.
• Physically able to do field work (lift, climb, work in heat and wet conditions).
• Clear, professional communication with customers and your crew.

Responsibilities

• Treat every customer home like it is yours. Be professional, clean, and on time.
