Job summary

Rheem North America is seeking a Supervisor, Customer Experience, to oversee the division's Customer Experience Professionals and guide efforts to determine customer requirements, expectations, and fulfillment of resolutions on complex issues.

This on-site role will operate from Fort Smith, AR (preferred) with secondary locations in O'Fallon, MO or Montgomery, AL, and will partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Job description

The Supervisor, Customer Experience is responsible for overseeing the division's Customer Experience Professionals and providing service to internal and external customers on complex issues including determining customer requirements, expectations and ensuring fulfillment.

This position will serve Rheem North America, located inFort Smith, AR (preferred), O'Fallon, MO, or Montgomery, AL. This is an on-site position.
