Job summary

Rheem North America is seeking a Supervisor, Customer Experience to oversee the division's Customer Experience Professionals and ensure fulfillment of customer requirements and expectations on complex issues.

This on-site role will be based in Fort Smith, AR (preferred), with potential locations in O'Fallon, MO or Montgomery, AL, focusing on delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers and coordinating cross-functional support.
