Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing is seeking a Supervisor, Customer Experience to lead the division's Customer Experience Professionals and coordinate service for internal and external customers on complex issues, determining customer requirements and expectations and ensuring fulfillment.

This on-site role serves Rheem North America, with Fort Smith, AR (preferred), O'Fallon, MO, or Montgomery, AL as locations. The successful candidate will mentor the team and drive improvements to meet customer needs.
