About The Role

As a CBRE Technical Supervisor, you will oversee a team responsible for providing administrative, process improvement, and financial support to senior technical business leaders.

This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, responsible for support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What you’ll do
  • Ensure all data center support systems operate within established parameters.
  • Collaborate with management on capacity planning, system availability, and operational strategies.
  • Review and recommend tools, equipment, supplies, and contract requirements.
  • Communicate operational objectives and expectations to the team.
  • Establish and track process performance metrics, analyzing and reporting on quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage data center capacity, including cooling, power utilization, DCIM, PUE, and related metrics.
  • Resolve issues, maintain communication with clients, and provide regular reports.
  • Manage contractor performance and administration.
  • Recommend and implement solutions for maintenance issues.
  • Assist in commissioning construction projects as needed.
What you’ll need
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with 5-8 years of related experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including stooping, standing, walking, climbing, and lifting/carrying loads over 50 lbs.
  • Innovative mindset to develop solutions beyond existing methods.
  • Ability to solve complex problems with broad business impact.
