As a Laboratory Supervisor, you'll get to

• Hire, supervise, train and assess the performance of laboratory staff and personnel.
• Guarantee the thorough completion of reagent preparation, pre‑qualification, and quality assurance.
• Carry out essential competency observations and ensure meticulous and accurate documentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance, quality assurance, calibrations, and equipment. Identify malfunctions in high complexity equipment and troubleshoot, as necessary.
