Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, you will be engaged in all aspects of the day-to-day operations at the restaurant. You are responsible for getting guests and staff excited about their experience. You will need to be a team leader, a great problem solver, and have the ability to handle stress and rise above. You will work hard, but have a great time doing it!

• Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning specific tasks, and ensuring team members are prepared for each day
• Responsible for the training and development of team members on their shift(s)
• Contribute to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments on their shift
• Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all team members and guests during each shift
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture
• Must be proficient in each area of the restaurant to help wherever needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper setup and breakdown of the entire restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas
• Manage time effectively while meeting all job responsibilities
• Maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests during each shift
