Job summary

The Carroll Law Firm, PLC (d/b/a ANTHEM LAW) in Anthem, AZ is seeking an experienced Supervising Paralegal to lead our paralegal team in a fast-paced, in-office environment. This role offers growth into a supervisory capacity within a dynamic legal setting.

You will draft and review documents, manage case files from intake to resolution, perform legal research, and coordinate court filings with attorneys and clients. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years paralegal experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
• Paralegal certification (NALA or NFPA) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Westlaw or LexisNexis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate daily activities of paralegal and staff.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Manage case files from intake through resolution with accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
• Coordinate court filings, deadlines, and docket management.
• Serve as liaison between attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
• Help develop and implement office procedures and best practices for the team.
• This is not a remote position and requires in-office presence.

• Impeccable document preparation proficiency and accuracy

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
• Personal Injury Experience required and a willingness to learn other practice areas
• Verifiable references
