Plan2Placement is partnering with a growing law firm in Glendale that is expanding its team and seeking a skilled Paralegal who wants meaningful responsibility, hands-on involvement in active legal matters, and long-term growth. This is not a purely administrative role. Paralegals here are deeply involved in case progression and work closely with attorneys and leadership, supported by clear systems and a team-oriented environment.
What This Role Offers

Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with case management and litigation preparation
- Draft and manage discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Assist with pleadings, filings, and court deadlines
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Maintain case files, calendars, and litigation timelines
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness materials
What We’re Looking For
- Prior paralegal experience, preferably in a litigation setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- Familiarity with state and federal court procedures is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused mindset
- $75,000 – $125,000 base salary, depending on experience
